Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe. Minigolf direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor Ort. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.

Private entrance, parking right by the door. Peacefully and idyllically located by Skamlingsbanken, 10 min. drive south of Kolding and E45. Lots of opportunities to enjoy nature in the area, large path system with beautiful views. Close to the child-friendly Binderup beach.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
