Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge town,( only weekdays and not 16 June - 17 August.) Convenience store is available in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger shop in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

The house is newly renovated with complete kitchen and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom with two beds and possibility to hang your clothes. Living room with sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. TV and broadband. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining for 6 people. Cozy accommodation in quiet & family friendly neighborhood in Oxie. Green areas & nice villa area next door. Walking distance to train station with superb communications as well as excellent bike paths into Malmö. Just outside the residence there is also a bus stop where you can easily take you into Malmö via bus. It's a perfect base for recharging the batteries. The space has what you need to feel at home as a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and comfortable workspaces for those traveling for work

Peaceful & Fully Equipped Retreat

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, comfortable space In the area, there are good transport links and proximity to shops as well as Jägersro Center. Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes. Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Welcome to our guest house in a beautiful countryside setting, just 15 minutes outside Malmö city centre. Peaceful but close to town, forest, beaches and many of Skåne's attractions. The house is about 25 m2, newly built and modern. Well-equipped with kitchen/dining room, bathroom, bedroom and sleeping loft. In connection, we have built an orangery where you can enjoy meals or just relax. We have a 4x8 m heated pool that you are welcome to use. Welcome!

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds.
