Newly built rural cottage

Out in the countryside, you will find this carefully decorated new building. Here you can enjoy the sunrise over the fields, swim (about 20 minutes to Lake Bosarp), play golf (about 10 minutes to Skepparslöv Golf Club) or maybe take a trip down to Österlen? In the house, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a bunk bed where 2-3 children/adults can fit. In the living room, there are board games free to use. Outside, there are both dining and sofa groups with opportunities to barbecue or enjoy a coffee.

Homely own basement floor with plenty of space.

The accommodation consists of a basement of 90 sq m. There are 2 sleeping rums, a kitchen with a stove (two plates) microwave and refrigerator and separate freezer and one living rum. They are free parking and to wash and detergent is included. The accommodation is located near a centre with Coop, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, bakery and a gas station. It is very close to bus connections to both Kristianstad Centrum (Local bus 80 meters) and Malmö, Simrishamn and Ystad (Express bus 500 meters).

Österlen's paradise in the woods

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, wood fired hot tub and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.

Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.

Cozy cottage in the countryside in Kristianstad

Cozy cottage (build 2022) in a lovely quiet environment in Kristianstad surrounded by forest, fields and nature. In 2024, a patio was built with a lovely view. 2026 we have upgrade the kitchen with a dishwasher and more storage Our target is to have a clean and tidy cabin.

The forge is newly renovated and is very scenic with amazing views of wetlands and fields. The accommodation is of a very high standard with a brand new kitchen and two new bathrooms. The tranquility and the view are a balm for the soul.
