The accommodation consists of shower room, kitchenette, double bed on mezzanine floor, lounge area,TV, fire stick, log burner, armchairs & desk. It is in the grounds of our private house with the Wallop Brook running through the garden. I do not provide breakfast but do provide complimentary,tea,coffee,milk & biscuits

LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Stride’s Barn

A newly restored and beautifully refurbished oak framed barn conversion bordering the New Forest National Park . With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Annexe Over Wallop, Stockbridge

Over Wallop is a small village and civil parish in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, close to the border with Wiltshire. Located close to Stockbridge famous for fly fishing and a variety of eateries. It is an easy driving distance to the historic cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury. The annexe offers a large open plan area to relax and dine in with a separate kitchen. A double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate WC. Well furnished with WiFi and onsite parking.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries.
