The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a siel. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Our idyllic property is only 3km from the motorway and 15 min. to the center of Bremen We have several single and double rooms ,all with their own bathrooms. The rooms all have TV and WiFi. If necessary and for larger groups several apartments with up to 20 beds are available. The prices depend on the number of persons and overnights. For 1-2 persons we offer double room/DuWC for 30€per person/night Our guest apartments were newly built in 2017.
