Enjoy traditional cottage life on the shores of Lake Oulu. The atmospheric cottage offers a genuine Finnish vibe with a wooden sauna, from which you can refresh yourself in the lake. You have a rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and a bicycle. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, running water (from the municipal network) and electric heating. In the yard, there is a grill, a smokehouse, and a compost toilet. You can drive directly into the yard. The location is also great for traveling north – only 3 km from the 5 road and 20 km from Kajaani. Local services: Neste Kontiomäki, 8 km.

A cottage in a secluded location on the Iijoki river bank. The cottage is old and in moderate condition, but it is in regular use. The cottage has electricity and potable tap water. The faucet is located on the outside wall of the cottage. The cottage has a modern and odorless dry toilet. The sauna is newer and in good condition. The cottage has a pull-out bed and a sofa bed. The cottage includes the use of the beach, a boat + oars and a campfire place. On the beach further away from the cottage, a couple of other swimmers can visit during the day.

Villaroosa is a unique destination in the highest location in Vuokatti. From this apartment, stunning views of Nuasjärvi and behind it, all the way to Kajaani, with a naked eye. From the back door of this FAQ route and ski slopes, you can instantly enter the danger of a forest with blueberry, a half hike, or gather mushrooms. The home is unique. The fireplace that provides the ambiance and indoor air cools the air source heat pump. The car can be charged from the ABB-Terra charging station and the skis can be lubricated in the lubrication room.

The millhouse Myllytupa is a well-equipped log chalet in the village of Pudasjärvi Kipina. The cottage is located at the end of the island in the river. The cottage and sauna were completed in 2012 and have been renovated in 2023. The cottage covers an area of about 80 m2. The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and toilet, the cottage also includes a cold storage and a covered terrace. Jokela School Summer House

Traditional Finnish summer cottage with sauna building, separate sleeping cabin, outdoor toilet and barbecue canopy. The place is located along the Matkusjoki river. Higher up in the courtyard is the old Jokela school (built in 1928), which we are renovating. If you enjoy authentic summer cottaging with minimal additional comforts, then this may be your summer destination. Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, wooded lot in Kajaani, an atmospheric cottage for 6 people with a lovely wood-burning lakeside sauna. The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.
