Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Ilmainen pysäköinti, pihaan mahtuu noin 3 autoa. Keittiön varustus: Mikro, airfryer, sähköuuni, keittolevy, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja pakastin, kesäisin grilli pihalla. Jätteiden kierrätys pakollista.

Tämä tilava omakotitalo sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella metsän laidassa, missä voit nauttia hiljaisuudesta ja luonnon kauneudesta. Ikkunoista avautuu upea metsämaisema, eikä naapureista ole häiriötä. Talo majoittaa mukavasti jopa 10 henkilöä, siinä on kolme makuuhuonetta sekä täysin varusteltu keittiö. Kylpytiloista löytyy sauna ja poreamme. Pihalta pääset suoraan lenkkipolulle, joka muuttuu talvella valaistuksi hiihtoladuksi. Matkaa Kajaanin keskustan palveluihin on n. 3km

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Not a resort. Not a hotel. Exactly what Finland actually looks like. A small off-grid cabin on Lake Oulujärvi running on solar power and firewood. No running water or indoor plumbing. That’s intentional. You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.

The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.
