The farmhouse is set back on a quiet country road, offering complete privacy. Just outside the doorstep, explore the property’s babbling creek, fields, and woods. We live on the adjoining property next door and are available if you need any assistance or directions.

You'll find us tucked in the quiet woods of northern WI near the Brule River. We're remote enough to experience star-filled skies & fireflies, but not far from many premier attractions. Your space is a self-contained apartment on the lower level of our 2.5 story home. It features a private entry, queen-sized bed, kitchenette, lower level private deck, access our beautiful grounds & more! We're a family of artists who love to travel & to introduce others to our beautiful part of the world.

Cozy South Shore cottage near Lake Superior

Enjoy the splendor of Lake Superior at our cozy, rustic cottage near Port Wing, WI. Situated halfway between Duluth/Superior and Bayfield, it's the perfect location to visit all your favorite South Shore locations. There's no need to choose between privacy & the difficulties of accessing remote properties. Our cottage is located within 68 acres of private, wooded wilderness. Yet since we're next to the Wisconsin Lake Superior Scenic Byway (Hwy 13), it's easy to get wherever you want to go!

The Cottage: No cleaning fees! Access to trails!

We are an event center but do not have events or weddings during your stay. This cozy one-bedroom cottage is set against the tree line. In the morning, enjoy coffee on the private porch, go snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, or canoeing in and around Brule River State Forest in the afternoon, and watch a few movies in the evening. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the north woods, 3 miles north of Iron River on the ATV/Snowmobile trails. *15 minutes from Lake Superior. *50 minutes from Bayfield *50 minutes from Duluth. Relax & read a book, hit the trails, or head to the lake. The South Shore area is filled with activities. Kayaking, fishing, hiking, swimming, waterfalls, ATV-UTV-Dirtbike riding and much more. Visit our local breweries, wineries, museums and nature center.

Lake Delta Deer Trail Delight

Deer Trail Cabin 6 is on the shore of Lake Delta in the heart of Delta. Popular day trips include the Hayward lakes area, the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Bayfield or exploring the endless trails, waterfalls and wilderness within Bayfield County. This is a furnished two bedroom cabin with full kitchen and bath. Great view of Lake Delta and next to swimming beach. There is direct ATV trail access from your cabin but we ask that you do not ride around the property.

Berrywood Acres Cabin

Berrywood Acres is located on the eastern shores of Lake Nebagamon. We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area. Cabin in the Pines

We are just an hour from the Apostle Islands, Bayfield, Hayward, Ashland, Wi or Duluth, Mn. As you head north to Lake Superior surrounded by the silence of the forest, you can relax , away from the bustle of everyday life. The famous Bois Brule River is a short walk down the hill. Our cabin is very quiet. We are on 3 acres. Our place is a cabin. Not a house. We aren't fancy but comfortable. Get set for a beautiful peaceful time in the pines.

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.
