Nice refurbished F2 with terrace and garden 50 m from the beach, direct access to the sailing club, paddleboard rental... bike path to walk along the landing beaches and reach the city of Caen by the canal. Very close supermarket and many local shops (laundromat, shoemaking...) not to mention the casino, the thalasso and its spa accessible by the day, equestrian center etc... By car: 15 min from Caen, 2 hours from Paris. Bus stop nearby.

Maison d'environ 160M² entièrement rénovée. Idéalement située, 800 m de la plage, proche commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants..).
