The accommodation is part of the beautiful Anglo-Norman style Villa Chantereyne, the villa closest to the entrance to RIVA-BELLA beach. Independent of the rest of the house, it constitutes the 1st floor of the rear wing of the villa. Very bright and very quiet, it is completely new with an area of 25 m2 accessible by a large south-facing terrace. Its original half-timbered architecture, with large trapezoidal windows, gives it exceptional brightness and charm.

We started by renovating the cottage, to live there with our 6-month-old boy, before tackling the renovation of the big house. And so the cottage naturally became La Petite Maison.
