The cottage has a large living room with an open fireplace and exit to the terrace in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with dining table adjacent, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Cot is available.
Hiking and skiing trails can be reached directly at the corner of the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes.
Ottsjö village has ICA Bua, dog sledding, horseback riding, brewery etc.

In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre.
The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you are outside even when sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea.
Just behind the house there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile tracks, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing.
A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Our guests love the mountain cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door.
We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish from the boat; but many of our guests have experienced it.
It is a famous area, a perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons.
It is 10 minutes by car to nice slalom slopes, ski tracks and hiking trails.
And 20 minutes tourist metropolis of Åre
