The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

Die Wohnung wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Man erreicht sie durch einen eigenen Eingang im grünen Hinterhof des Hauses. In 13 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Kiellinie und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Parken rundum das Haus ist meist problemlos. Ansonsten gibt es auf der Holtenauer Straße fußläufig entfernt ein Parkhaus. Bäckereien, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Drogerien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mittendrin, tatsächlich.

The apartment in Kiel-Kronshagen with proximity to the university allows a quick connection to all parts of Kiel. Bus and parking are almost outside the door. The bright apartment is practical, yet comfortably furnished and offers up to 2 people everything necessary for short stays. Please note that the apartment is located on a street and it can be more lively in the building and outside. It is therefore not suitable for guests looking for absolute silence.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. Fully equipped kitchen, internet and TV are available! There is a washing machine in the basement.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

Just outside Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake.
