Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Year round home located on a unique lakeside country setting with a newly renovated bathroom. Over 2 acres of outside green space offering a park like experience to enjoy many recreational activities * please note this space is shared with family and another guest house. There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Amber Inn is within walking distance.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.
