Quickly accessible detached building in a quiet small house area 5km from the city center. You can leave the rubbish, dishes and sheets to me. The shower room with a whirlpool bath and a chemical toilet are in a separate building. They can be used occasionally by my family. You have your own private entrance and lock to the washrooms. You also have a private terrace and backyard. A third person can accommodate a floor mattress (+10€). Night-time electric car charging (6.6kWh).
