In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Quite attic apartment right next to the subway

Located at the southern edge near the Perlacher Forest, the area is still very central, thanks to the U-Bahn (U1) right outside the door, which takes you to the main train station in 10 minutes.
