In dieser Ferienwohnung kannst du mit einem entspannten Blick auf den See deine Erholung ab Tag eins beginnen. Für Ausflüge in die Natur fährst du mit dem Fahrrad von der Haustür aus los. Wer mag kann direkt am eigenen See grillen oder mit dem mitgebrachten SUP oder Paddelboot paddeln gehen. Unser Privatsee hat keine „bepaddelbare“ Verbindung zu anderen Seen. Ein „fire tv stick“ ist zum anmelden mit dem eigenen Account von Netflix & Co vorhanden. Beim Timmendorfer Strand bist Du in 30 Minuten.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Under the roof - bedroom with bunk beds, double bed and single bed with 24 cm high comfort mattress and small library with game collection. The vacation home has a closed terrace.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally:)

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
