Nice little townhouse in Marstal. The house is newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, making it cozy and delicious to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a conservatory and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Completely renovated townhouse, close to grocery store and pedestrian street with many nice shops. 300 meters of water and harbor. The house is on a level. Large open plan kitchen for dining room and living room. Readers bedrooms with Hästens double beds, as well as bunk bed. Lovely bathroom with washer and dryer. On the back of the house, there is a small cozy courtyard, which is only accessible to the house guests. Free Wifi and great parking.

Furnished with kitchen, lovely living room with old porcelain tile oven, private bathroom, cozy double bedroom, private exit to enclosed patio. Cozy double alcove, best suited for children. Private entrance to the apartment from the street. About 50 m from the harbour. It all oozes authentic townhouse romance.
