Cozy brewery house in charming surroundings with walking distance to several nice beaches to several nice beaches, and Engelsviken pier. The brewery house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, another small bedroom, further there are two sleeping places in a loft room, tiled bathroom with washer/dryer, living room with dining area, and a simple but practical kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove. The space is suitable for a family, or one for two couples, who would like to enjoy one of the pearls of the Oslo fjord.

Only 1 km to the ferry that goes to the center of Fredrikstad and to the old town. 900 m to the center of Gressvik where you will find shops, pharmacy, food service and a pub. Fredrikstad has lots of nice hiking opportunities and swimming areas. Onsøy and Hankø are only a short drive away. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay and has a large porch with barbecue grill. We have a travel bed for children and bedding available

The house is rural but in between as a hub with a small 20 minute drive to Tusenfryd , Askimbadet, climbing park, Son town and harbour. Ski center. Blixland horse center only 6 min. The house is recently renovated and has 4 bedrooms , large bright spacious living room open modern kitchen solution. There is some noise from the main road, but not remarkable indoors

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Walking distance to most of the city's facilities such as culture, shopping and public transport. 4 minutes to the bus stop and Storby shopping centre. Housing consists of entrance, bathroom, 1 bedroom, and kitchen.
