The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the neighborhood next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony (sun most of the day - south/west).

The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.
