Meine Wohnung im Geteviertel ist 125 qm groß über 2 Etagen im Hochparterre und Souterrain eines typischen Altbremer Hauses. Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Obstladen, Netto, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 400 m entfernt.

In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows, you have a beautiful view of the countryside or the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m²). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being renovated by us carefully and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.
