Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

The fully equipped tiny house is located at a comfortable distance from the managed Demeter dairy farm on the edge of the horse paddock.
