Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

In the apartment is a bedroom with double bed and large balcony, living room with deep sofa where a 3rd person can sleep, bathroom and kitchen. You'll also find many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and take-away options nearby. There's a bus right outside the door and a subway close by.

Located in a calm, quiet area with a lot of green parks and a lake nearby, sports facilities (Telia-Parken), grocery shopping around the corner, close to the beach and UN city (3km). Copenhagen centre is just 15 minutes away (bicycle, train, bus). Our lovely garden in front of the house can be used as well.
