They live in a wooden house created in July 2019 from sustainable building materials with individual facade design and many small artistic and creative details - with wooden flooring and partly with clay walls that ensure a pleasant indoor climate. It is an animal and smoke-free house - it is allergy-friendly, the accommodation is in a holiday home. It has a garden with a rounded south-facing terrace. Space on the comfortable patio furniture, a parasol and a BBQ. There are 8 sleeping options in the house - they can choose their bed. It has 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping place under the roof with a large window to watch the starry sky - accessible to the brave and teenagers via a ladder. The bathroom with shower, stone sink and bathtub incorporated into mosaic tiles lies the bedrooms. On the ground floor is a large living area with a handmade kitchen, a dining table and a living area (sofa bed) to relax. In the hallway you will find a guest toilet and stone sink under the stairs. In the beautiful Münsterland is the picturesque lakeside village of Hörster Heide. Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

Münster: Haus an der Werse

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Our newly completed cottage in 2024 offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located on a quiet dead end street, guests here enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation is paramount in your own retreat. Our house is only a few minutes walk (about 3 min) from the lake / beach.

Cozy cottage by the Alfsee

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful, newly renovated cottage with bathtub and enjoy the large, secluded garden with a partially covered terrace in a very quiet location. Soccer gate and sandbox are in the garden, four playgrounds is in walking distance. You can use all the highlights of the Alfsees (water skiing, trampoline, go-kart, etc.), as well as the extensive sauna landscape "Alfen Saunaland".

My secondary apartment I use is at your disposal for your exclusive use on extended weekends. It is fully furnished (but without TV and washing machine). The kitchen is stocked with food and well-equipped. Attention: The bed is a 180m waterbed of 180m 😊 Since the apartment is used by me as a secondary apartment, there are also personal items of mine. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

You can easily walk to all the essential points from here or you can start your bike rides from here. Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and spend a few undisturbed days in a unique nature!
