The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and consists of 1 bedroom, hallway, living room/kitchen in one and a terrace of 8 sqm with beautiful views of Oslo and the Oslofjord. In addition, there is a sunny roof terrace that can be used if desired. Street parking. The apartment is in daily use. Personal items/clothing will be in the apartment.

Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.
