The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable stay. The whole apartment has views to the valley. You can also use two shared terraces with views to the valley and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. The mill is located in Boimouro, a spectacular rural setting by the river Mazo and known as "the jewel" of the council of El Franco (Asturias). The mill has capacity for 6 people: 2 double bedrooms and a loft, living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, heating, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, bathroom, Wi-Fi, private parking and a 1300 m2 of a private garden with 3 different areas, a trees and flower garden, a picnic area and solarium at the top of the house with a gorgeous view.
