There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

A year-round cottage in Orzysz, located right next to the sandy municipal beach and the new brine graduation tower. It's the perfect spot for a Masurian getaway for families or groups of up to 6 people. There are 2 separate bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette downstairs. We offer free parking, Wi-Fi, and privacy. It is also possible to book an outdoor hot tub (additional fee of PLN 200/day, prior notification required).

The terrace overlooks the garden and the lake - it is a great place to relax at the barbecue, enjoy evenings in the open air and active recreation. The cottage is located on a shared plot with a larger house, which is sometimes inhabited - there is also a cat living there. For this reason, we ask that guests with dogs be non-aggressive.
