Cozy apartment "Alte Post" Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village close to the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a tourist tax will be charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night € 5

Cozy apartment with balcony/parking space

The apartment is very close to Rostock Central Station. It can accommodate up to 6 people with two sofa beds and a double bed. The built-in kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings and includes, among other things fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetops, etc. In the bathroom, in addition to the classic shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a small seating area on the balcony.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

The apartment Nina offers vacationers, business travelers or short-term tenants everything necessary for a stay. Guests can relax on the terrace. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and with a walk along the Warnow promenade you can reach restaurants or the ferry to the Rostock Gehlsdorf district. The tram is in walking distance and connects all districts with each other.
