The perfect home away from home! Watch over the kids enjoying the fun playground and spacious fully fenced yard from the elevated deck while the enjoying a vino and the view beyond to the ocean. Situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach and great cafes it ticks all the boxes for fun family getaways to Mt Maunganui. My place is a short stroll from the lake, Waiteti trout stream, and the Ngongotaha lakefront reserve. The village is 5 mins away for shops with Rotorua city 15 mins. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home has a fibre wifi connection and guests receive complimentary Netflix access.
