Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, (43τμ) εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Χωριάτικο ανακαινισμένο σπιτάκι μέσα σε αμπελώνα στην απάνω μεριά Σύρου. Οι Κυκλάδες όπως ήταν πάντα. 20 λεπτά οδήγηση από το λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό όχημα απολύτως απαραίτητο! Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης.
