Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.

On the outskirts of Emmen towards Klazienaveen, you will find Oranjedorp. At the back of the old farm is this beautiful apartment for 2 people. Cozy, colorful, and rural decor, with all the necessary amenities in over 80m2 with a spacious bedroom. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun, peace and space. Ample parking next to your own entrance. For cyclists, there is a lockable bicycle shed where they can be recharged, so that one can explore the beautiful surroundings well.
