Enjoy our spacious house in an unique, exclusive location with a large terrace facing the sea, in the pine shade and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Jump in the sea in front of the house or relax on our sun terrace on the beach. It is located 1,5 km of pleasant walk along the coast to Primosten center. It has 55 m2 with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining area and a large terrace.

An open living area features large sliding glass doors that provide a view of the tranquil bay. A wooden dining table is surrounded by light-colored chairs, while a cozy seating area includes a gray sofa. Soft, flowing curtains frame the picturesque outdoor scene.

ROSI new renovated apartment near the sea

The apartment is completely redone Everything is new. New floors, doors, windows, beds, kitchen, wc ... My place is 20m away from the city center, park and the beach (1 minute walk ). You’ll love my place because of comfy new beds, new kitchen and big balcony with place for sitting and beautiful view. All you need is in the neighbourhood of the apartment, the grocery store is just across the street. Be our first guests. :)
