Pakoštane su malo dalmatinsko mjesto jedinstvenog položaja, smješteno u samom središtu jadranske obale, između mora i Vranskog jezera. Kućica se nalazi u borovoj šumi, tik uz more. Od plaže je udaljena svega jednu minutu šetnje (50 m), a od centra Pakoštana oko 5 minuta hoda. Glavna gradska plaža Janice udaljena je 10 minuta pješice, dok je do zabavnog parka Dalmaland Fun & Water Park četiri kilometra.

The 2 rooms are designed for 4 people. 2x TV with sat, climate, terrace, kitchen, barbecue 2020 we have 2 stand-up paddling board for our guests to rent. This way the island world can be explored even better.
