Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

An oasis of peace! A retreat for the soul!

We are just a 30-minute drive from Zagreb. This is where our cottage is located. Waking up to birds chirping, green oasis ,peace and quiet! We are located near Jezerčica, Stubičke Toplice and Zagrebačka Gora-Sljeme. The cottage consists of a kitchen, room, bathroom. The space is air conditioned. Large enclosed terraces with a barbecue and a grassy children's play area. A swing for big and small. Outdoor shower! Friendly to hang out and enjoy! If you just want a getaway. There is a lot of possibility WELCOME !

Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Holiday home "Lepa Ves"

Located near Donja Stubica, the house sleeps 3 (1 bed and a sofa bed). Part of the road to the property is a gravel road. Guests also have access to a barbecue tavern and a terrace that is open in the summer and closed in the winter. The surrounding area is extremely quiet and the house is located near the forest. There are many restaurants and a spa nearby. Tuheljske Toplice is at a distance of 25 km and Stubičke Toplice is 12 km away. Terme Jezerčica is 4.5 km away.

You can find us in the same park with the old castle and children playground. We are located in an old building, place is fully renovated this year (2016.).
