The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

If you want to be close to the beach, you have come to the right place! We live only 10 minutes by bike from the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. We are also close to the famous seaside resorts of Domburg and Zoutelande. You can enjoy cycling on the island of Walcheren on our rental bikes. The house is 30 meters from our house. The holiday home with underfloor heating has all the comforts. With large fenced garden facing south. There is a shed for bicycles with a charging point. Not far from Aagtekerke are the cozy seaside resorts: Domburg (2.3km) Westkapelle (5.8km) Zoutelande (6.1 km)

After a long walk on the beach, you can relax in our infrared sauna.

Spacious apartment (65m2, 1st floor) in the center of Oostkapelle overlooking church and village square (Dorpsstraat 12A. Oostkapelle). Restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Sunny balcony at the rear and sunny garden terrace on the ground floor. Parking next to the house. Guests can use our beach house on Berkenbosch beach (May 1 - Sept. 15). In July and August, bookings can only be made on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat).
