It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, umbrellas and deckchairs is very popular. There is Wi-Fi.

A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Beautiful two-room apartment in a rustic building of the sixteenth century just restored. It is very quiet: you can reach it on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-burning oven and next to the ancient press for pressing grapes. The village is located at a height of about 500 meters at the entrance of the Valle Vigezzo, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, facing the Moncucco and Domobianca.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.
