Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Enjoy a very special holiday in a haven of quietness! This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fust, a raw wood structure located at the outlet of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it not overlooked.
