Townhouse arranged with taste and authenticity. A few meters from the famous market hall of Granada, heart of the Bastide. A fully equipped dining kitchen separate from the living room with its sumptuous fireplace (non functional) 4 bedrooms upstairs including 1 master suite, an independent bathroom and an independent toilet on the ground floor and upstairs. A small terrace with sunbed in summer and a semi-covered terrace with garden chair and BBQ complete everything.

Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.
