The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

As one can say "small but cute" , indeed it is a one-room studio equipped with a 140x 90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.
