Ideal location facing the sea and close to Arago, the beach below and a very rare 180° view over the rooftops of the bay. This 32 m2 apartment is a real favorite. Fully equipped kitchen, new sofa bed 09/2023, 140 bed, comfort mattress, sea view and a folding bed for a child. Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, fan...
