Quiet accommodation in the city center on the first floor of a family house of 56m². All household amenities are available, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO Max, spacious refrigerator, oven, etc. Ideal especially for couples - a quality comfortable double bed in the bedroom. Sights, theaters, restaurants, sports grounds, university, museums, galleries, entertainment - all within walking distance of a few minutes. New luxury duplex apartment 12 with new large terrace, view of Olomouc and massage bath. Apt. is located a short walk from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a massage bathtub, a living room with a kitchen . On the second floor, a cozy bedroom with an el. fireplace. The downside is the 5 floor without elevator .. In the summer season there is the possibility of renting a hot tub 👍 990,- CZK (first day) and the following days 490,- CZK

The apartment at the Exhibition Center is located in the wider center of Olomouc. Free Wi-Fi and free public parking are a matter of course. You can reach us by tram (100 meters from the apartment). You can easily get to the center on foot. We have a beautiful park nearby. If you get hungry, they make great food across the street. You can go shopping at Penny Market. The apartment has a balcony, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and stove. There is also a microwave, stove top and kettle.
