Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Chalet La Barona

Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

Your own hamlet: 2 Rustici on the Verzasca

Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There's no one else here. The chestnut forest is right behind the houses, and there's a waterfall opposite. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together: 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), sleeps 12, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shaded garden – all connected, all for you.

The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley. The place offers the possibility of a relaxing and refreshing stay in a so called "energetic place" in contact with nature and the traditions of one of the most fascinating valleys of the South of the Alps.
