The Banks of the Loire are a 10-minute walk away, and the city center is 4 km away. Bed sheets on request for an additional 10th per bed.

Independent access via outdoor staircase. Rented with a private parking space (but not covered). Direct access to the Loiret trails, close to the Loire by bike, 10 minutes' drive from Orléans. Despite proximity to the highway, no major noise disturbance in the apartment.
