Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods. This is what we fell in love with when we first arrived in Portugal in 2019 and bought Casa na Colina.

Apartamento novo, tranquilo. Terraço com 50m2, ideal para umas férias de praia em família. Vista desafogada a norte. Junto ao Jardim de São Pedro do Mar (com parque infantil). Open space (cozinha e sala de estar), 1 suite com casa de banho e 1 quarto com duas camas single. Sofá-cama na sala. Ar-condicionado em todas as divisões, no terraço conta também com uma pequena lavandaria. O apartamento dispõe de lugar de estacionamento. É a nossa casa de férias, queremos que seja também a vossa!

Balaia Golf Village apt. 626 (new)

Super op (het zuiden) gelegen apartment met vrij uitzicht over de golfbaan. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken. Het resort heeft maar liefst 5 buiten zwembaden, 4 tennisbanen, een 9-holes golfbaan en zelfs een binnenzwembad met wellness. Op het resort zelf bevinden zich 2 restaurants en er zijn meerdere restaurants op loopafstand. De mooie stranden zijn slechts 5 a 600m lopen van de ingang van het resort. Kort gezegd een heel fijn plekje om vakantie te vieren.

O apartamento fica situado na segunda linha da praia de Quarteira a 70 metros da praia, no empreendimento de luxo Terraços de Quarteira (construído em 2021), localizado numa das zonas nobres da cidade. O apartamento tem uma ótima varanda, com vista mar e acesso à piscina do empreendimento. A poucos metros de distância, tem a famosa praia de Quarteira, acesso a vários restaurantes, padaria, bares, supermercados e a todos os serviços necessários para ter umas ótimas férias.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, spacious living room and outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, Carvoeiro and the sea. You can use the five swimming pools. There are also two tennis courts (for rent at the reception). The flat is located near many cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also free WIFI and parking.
