You’ll love: the neighbourhood; the free parking; the garden; the kitchen (with large fridge freezer); the open fire (smokeless fuel supplied); the broadband wifi and the conservatory (especially in the rain!).

It is funky, spacious & located in the heart of Manchester's coolest district, the Northern Quarter. Every inch of the apartment oozes style & functionality, together with comfort. The Northern Quarter is packed full of trendy bars and restaurants. We make a continuous effort to be as eco-friendly as possible: everything we do is minimal waste, all of the cleaning is done with eco-products, washing is done on site, we sort the recycling by hand and we boast smart heating.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
