In the resort of Ilfeld, which is located in an idyllic mountain valley of the southern Harz, is this beautiful newly renovated holiday home on a south-facing slope with amazing views. It is cozily furnished with a large bright living room, a bedroom with a double bed that is pleasantly cool in summer, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In addition, a terrace with great views, a sunny garden (about 700 square meters) with garden furniture and barbecue facilities belong to the house.

You can end the evening comfortably in the apartment or on the balcony with beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped. In the building complex, there is a coin laundry, parking is free outside the door and a lockable bicycle cellar is also available. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but there is also a sofa bed.

Außerdem fussläufig zum Wald, Rammelsberg etc. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Welcome to our "Listigen Luchs" You will find a spacious apartment on the 2nd floor of a half-timbered house in the middle of the historic center. Please note: the apartment is quite noisy due to its construction! It has three bedrooms with two double and two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a dining and living area (with pull-out sofa), where you can relax after an eventful day in the Bergender in one of the many Harz sights.
