It is located about 5 minutes by car from the center of Oita City, and about 30 minutes on foot. It is convenient for shopping because it is close to the main road and you can get to the city center in about 10 minutes by bus. Close to downtown areas such as Tsu-cho, Chuo-cho, and Fu-cho, where you can find restaurants serving Oita's specialty Toriten and fresh seafood. The room is 90 ㎡, with two bedrooms and a large living and dining area, making it ideal for families and groups. We also provide toys for families, as well as bouncers and circles, so you can come with peace of mind. There is free parking, so you can easily come by car. Oita Prefecture has famous hot spring resorts such as Yufuin and Beppu, but Oita City also has many natural hot springs that are fed directly from the source spring. There is also a recommended hot spring facility near the apartment, so please enjoy Oita, Oita Prefecture.

A little stylish private lodging with a little space (88 ㎡)　　 One floor private parking

This is a one-floor room with a total floor area of 88 ㎡.We have 4 beds.You can relax in the living room and dining room. From the west exit of Beppu Station, it is about 7 minutes by bus and about a 2-minute walk from the bus stop.There is free parking on the premises and you can come by car. Beppu City Hall (about 8 minutes on foot), Beacon Plaza (about 2 minutes on foot), and supermarket are about a 2-minute walk away, so you can eat slowly in your room after purchasing vegetables and drinks. The bathroom is only a shower, but there are many flowing hot springs in Beppu, so it's a good idea to go around hot springs.

It is a 10-minute walk from Beppu Station. Bedding has two double beds.We use the same linen supply as hotels, so you can sleep comfortably on clean, white sheets. We provide 4 face towels, 4 bath towels, and 1 foot towel. The kitchen has 2 IH stoves, basic cooking utensils, and tableware.It is also recommended for long-term stays and workations. The living room has a 4-person table and a 2-person sofa. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the bathroom. There are no pajamas, toothbrushes, or slippers. There is no TV or washlet.
