Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Haus Roswitha is located in picturesque Tumpen at the entrance to the Oetztal. Up to 5 guests stay on 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a garden, mountain views, an infrared cabin, and a ski room with boot dryer. The quiet setting makes it a relaxed base for families and active days in the mountains. In winter, Hochoetz, Kuehtai and Soelden are easy to reach; in summer you can swim, hike, mountain bike, raft or go canyoning. Innsbruck is also ideal for a day trip with culture, shopping and great food.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

Our Apart Tschirgant has a size of about 40 m² and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, especially the Tschirgant, from the balcony. In summer, our guest terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Pitztal. A big plus is the excellent location. Both the bus stop, Pitz Park and the local supplier are within a 2-minute walking distance.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The modern 3-room apartment with approx. 70 square meters for 2 to 6 people is located just above the local area and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains and the village. The house in which the apartment is located is at the edge of the forest and invites you from there to a direct hike or bike ride into the mountains. The town center, as well as the nearby swimming pool and the mountain railways are within walking distance.

Studio in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time next to kids playground and a forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
