Located on the 1st floor of our house, we offer an apartment of approx. 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In the living area there are also games and books available in addition to the TV. The kitchen includes microwave and refrigerator as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with bathroom linen. Apart from the nearby motorway connection, the outskirts of the house offer good opportunities for cycling and hiking, for example in the neighbouring wildlife park.

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large protected landscape area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. This hiking trail, which gave our apartment the name, wants to make nature tangible for hikers without disturbing nature spaces! The Haard is also suitable for great bike rides. A net market is about a 7-minute walk away.
