Feel like an authentic Lisboner at this traditional working-class villa. The apartment is inserted in a renovated old moth building, it has plenty of natural light, a small balcony where you can relax after a day of hikes through Lisbon! But if you still have energy, you can do your daily workout at the condominium gym. In this apartment, you can find the quiet and quiet of the countryside, within the historical center of Lisbon. This Neighborhood is the stage of what is genuinely Portuguese. Villas of strong neighborhood traditions and with historical roots and centuries-old heritage. The apartment is inside a gated community with a gym, in what was called in other times Vila Rosária, a village built to receive workers who came from the countryside of Portugal, looking for new opportunities. The architecture and traditional features were maintained, getting a genuinely Portuguese Villa with immense refinement. You will certainly see, in front of the condominium groups of people sitting remembering other times and playing cards. The apartment is a Duplex, consisting on the ground floor of a bedroom with a double bed that still has a small balcony perfect for relaxing, a bathroom with polyban (hair dryer), kitchen with Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, iron and dishwasher. And also a living room with Smart TV. on the 1st floor you will have a large bedroom, with a reading area and another area with two single beds and a sofa bed. The entire apartment has air-conditioning. Inside the condominium you have free access to a gym where you can burn the calories after so many cream pastries. Welcome gift The apartment is for total and exclusive use of guests. The apartment is framed in a building with few residents. It is forbidden to make noise after 10 pm that may disturb other residents, as well as disrespect for the common areas of the building. Whenever possible, I will receive them in person giving you useful tips and explanations to make your stay more special. If it is Self check in you will be sent the instructions by WhatsApp and you will have in the apartment a useful guide with tips to make your stay easier. Vila Rosário is close to the charming Graça neighborhood, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and traditional commerce. Explore the streets and many picturesque neighborhood viewpoints with a stunning view over Lisbon and the Tagus River. In addition to the 28 to 500 meters, 2 buses pass by the door (730 and 797) Paid parking on the street from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm There are two Lisbon guides in the apartment for your use Early check in or late check out, where possible, will be allowed. Check-in after 8pm will be self check-in For stays longer than 7 days, I will arrange a cleaning with change of bed sheets and bath towels. If requested in advance, a Wifi Pocket is available, a device that allows you to have internet throughout the city. The apartment has everything you need (Towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo)

Concierge available 9:30am - 7:30 pm for your assistance. 120 meters to nearest metro station, ARROIOS, surrounded by, restaurants, bars & bakeries as well as supermarkets for all your daily needs. Due to the fact it is on a major artery there will be some traffic noise. We encourage guests sleep with closed door & windows to dampen the noise.
