In the resort of Ilfeld, which is located in an idyllic mountain valley of the southern Harz, is this beautiful newly renovated holiday home on a south-facing slope with amazing views. It is cozily furnished with a large bright living room, a bedroom with a double bed that is pleasantly cool in summer, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In addition, a terrace with great views, a sunny garden (about 700 square meters) with garden furniture and barbecue facilities belong to the house.

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The apartment is in high-rise building 1, 14th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is possible. In the main house there is a swimming pool and sauna but also a laundry room with dryer. From November 2nd to 30th, the swimming pool is closed due to inspection work!
