At this quiet accommodation you can enjoy views of the fjord from the living room, the terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the lake. Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Great cabin on Varaldsøy overlooking Hardangerfjorden and Folgefonna glacier. The cabin has a sauna, and a large and sunny terrace. Registered fishing company for tourist fishing. Possibility of renting a boat for fishing, about 300 meters to the berth. One of two identical cabins for rent. There are great beaches on the island, and many nice mountain hikes you can go on. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a family bed and a bunk bed. Bed linen and towels can be rented if desired. You can drive to the door.

Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. Guys in the oven and enjoy the view of Sandvinsvannet and Sagafossen. The cabin is spacious. Newly renovated with running water and electricity. Private kitchen and bathroom. From the kitchen you have views to the fjord. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to make a nice meal after a mountain hike. The cottage is located in quiet surroundings and you're going to love our place because it's located right by the fjord. You can easily go fishing and hiking or just relax and enjoying the view. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.

We're excited to offer accommodation in a truly unique location, in our selfcatering cabin by the fjord. Only neighbours are the birds, the fish and the apple trees. Combining modern architecture and amenities with the look of a traditional boathouse, there aren't many places like this around. 2 km to groceries, restaurant and gas station. 30 km to Trolltunga trailhead. Lots of local trails.

High quality interior and building , built in 2012. Big open spaces, lots of sleeping fasilities in the shared area. I built this cabin as a sanctuary, for myself. Priority are light open spaces, not many bedrooms. Now time is right to share with you - please feel welcome! Shopping in Jondal, ca 25 min drive away. Or in Odda - ca 1 hour drive. ...yes, that is where you find Trolltunga :)

Haukeli husky - log cabin

The lodge is located at Tjønndalen Fjellgard in a scenic mountain area about 900 meters above the see level. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin, summer and winter. We also operates Haukeli Husky who offers dogsledding summer and winter. You are of course welcome to visit our kennel and our 55 friends when you are our guest.
